Can anyone in the UK tell me what a 'bola' joint (or steak) is? - beef cuts kosher

I come from the U.S., but living in Britain. I know there is a drop of (kosher) beef, so please do not tell me, but I want to know is if the cow. There is no piece of beef, when the states if someone can tell me what a "ball" (up to the plate? Bust? Shoulder) And maybe, if they know what we the United States, much to appreciate to know.
