Unfortunately, there is really there much "insider" stuff, because Disney has so many fans who share their secrets of love!
Podcasts places like WDW Radio Show Disney, the magic or WDW Today is an excellent starting point. See also Walt Disney World Trivia Guide MONGELLO Lou or directing it, the hidden Mickey.
Some of my favorite experiences:
Go to Jungle Cruise Night: This attraction is very tame during the day. But I went into the night after the fireworks once, and it's amazing when you see what is right in front of you can. Our "standard" (boat driver) was really amazing that night, and many jokes that I've ever known said!
The Jammitors: You are in Epcot. The first time I had no idea what they were and I was very surprised when she started her nude. I will try to save a few surprises, but check the calendar, not that I miss.
Rafiki's Planet Watch: Most people think that this is a space for children to the animal kingdom. In fact, the area where you see the real researchers and practitioners working with animals in the park! You can use the Veterinary ClinicalCS and research laboratories. It is an interesting place.
Visit: the cost of the extra money, but I heard were really great. They last a few hours a day, and there are so many different experiences that you can make.

Try to get one of the first row on the train, ask if you can ride the monorail driver, tell the world that showcase the actors, the members of their country, and always ask the lady for ice his autograph (I so doing, he said). The staff were really a ton to make your special day, especially when you talk with them.

Millions of people by Disney and have no problem. My suggestion is that only if you can pay the price for a Disney hotel, you will not regret the experience, even more so when traveling with children so familiar, you can run the hotel and take a nap, while the other that childcare and vice - versa. Personally, I like Disney World, Epcot below, then jungle, then to the movies.
